Shipping policy

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO ARRIVE? Most orders are processed and shipped in 5-7 business days from our studio in Justin TX. 

Orders placed over the weekend will be processed like they were ordered on a Monday.

At this time we are not able to ship for Saturday delivery using UPS. Please also keep in mind that most carriers do not deliver on holidays.

DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING? We offer USPS and UPS international shipping across the globe for most products - simply enter your destination country during check out. Kolor Wonder Crafts is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. Please note that even with these shipping methods, transit times may vary due to customs delays.

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR FPO/APO/DPO ADDRESSES? Yes! We  ships orders to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO addresses via USPS.

I PLACED TWO ORDERS AND WOULD LIKE TO COMBINE THEM. IS THAT POSSIBLE? At this time we can't guarantee that we will see that you placed two orders so they may not ship together.

HOW DOES FREE SHIPPING WORK? When using free shipping your order will be shipped either UPS Ground or USPS First Class. Should you need in a faster time frame please reach out and we can help you with your options.
